Well, winter’s halfway over. I’ve been working on some new stuff, which I will post on soon. In the meantime, I’m happy to announce that I’ve got some greeting cards and prints (in a snazzy packaging I designed and handmade myself!) on sale at the Concordia Co-op Bookstore, a local “non-profit co-op bookstore that is directly controlled by its user, worker and support members.”
I love this place — it has interesting items from local artists and handmade re-usable menstrual pads (these make a HUGE reduction in the amount of disposables that go to the landfill. Read my TreeHugger post on this, “Bleed with Pride: Make-It-Yourself Reusuable Menstrual Pads“).
Anyways, off my re-usable pad soapbox. 🙂
